Vepa Bins has been a specialist in waste systems for over 30 years. Over the past three decades, Vepa Bins has undergone an enormous transformation. What once started as a small family business has grown into a mature distributor. Today they have the most extensive and most varied range of waste bins, wardrobe systems, office accessories, mailboxes, artificial plants, displays and interior care products in Europe.

Through our partner ChannelEngine - a specialist in online sales through marketplaces - we came into contact with Vepa Bins. Because of the changing e-commerce landscape,Vepa Bins was looking for a flexible and scalable PIM system. For professional distributors and wholesalers, a PIM system is nowadays almost indispensable. All of your product information in one place and easy to edit.

An essential part of their decision to choose for Katana PIM was the ambition to work according to the GS1-standards (Global Standards One). Also, the wishes in the field of extensive possibilities for user access (rights) and product enrichment (completion per part) per discipline for the internal workflow played a role. Vepa Bins has several entities and product sets where not every employee is allowed with every product. Another important tool for Vepa Bins are the Import Feed Leves. This lets the company set rules per import.
