We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our amazing team. In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships and ensure our e-commerce customers get the maximum value from our solutions.

What you'll be doing

As our new Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner and first point of contact for our customers. More than just support, you’ll act as a strategic advisor helping them unlock the full potential of KatanaPIM and guiding them toward long-term success.

  • Support: Handle incoming support requests and work with the product owner to decide if issues should be passed on to our development team;
  • Proactive contact: Build strong, lasting relationships by reaching out to customers to explore opportunities for growth and ensure they are getting maximum value from KatanaPIM;
  • Introducing new features: Keep customers informed, supported, and excited about new releases so they can put fresh features to work right away;
  • Customer insights: Act as the voice of the customer, sharing valuable feedback and ideas with the product owner to keep KatanaPIM evolving.
