Yes we do! We are always available for questions and if our clients need assistance: from a small question to a big request, we will always do our best to find a solution together. To keep track of our clients' requests, we use a ticket system; users can create tickets via their customer portal.
Most of the information can be found on KatanaPIM's documentation, a guide on our product's usage with explained features, how-tos and screenshots, that we give our clients during onboarding.
