As an admin, you can configure user roles and assign certain parts of the product information to these roles. The product data is validated and products are assigned to these user roles based on what role is responsible for that part of the product information. For bigger teams you can setup permission rules. Permission rules can be used to limit or give access to certain pages, but more specifically to control the type of actions they can use like editing or deleting data.
